Αδειάζοντας ο πρώτος άγγελος την φιάλη εις την γη έγινε έλκος κακό και πονηρό στους ανθρώπους που είχαν το χάραγμα του θηρίου και προσκυνούσαν την εικόνα αυτού.
Με την τρίτη φιάλη που χύθηκε στην θάλασσα πέθαναν όλα τα ζώσα μέσα σε αυτήν και έγινε κόκκινη σαν το αίμα ενός νεκρού.

Όταν άδειασε ο τρίτος άγγελος την φιάλη του εις τους ποταμούς και στις πηγές έγιναν όλα σαν το αίμα και ακούστηκε ο άγγελος να λέει ότι δίκαιος είναι αυτός που πάντα ήταν και που είναι και ότι δικαίως πίνουν οι άνθρωποι αίμα, εφόσον έχυσαν πρώτοι αυτοί το αίμα.
